in a larger sense, the Unicru test is a shortcut through the legwork of finding if someone is a good worker. Even though the test is obviously compromised, many entry-level jobs still depend on it. This tells you that they're getting kickbacks from the test people. Show them the same level of respect that you are getting from them. As if some #2 pencil marks are the ultimate arbiter of your ethical value.

I didn't know that there were cheat sheets. I just worked it out for myself after taking the test a dozen times in a month. (Applying for seasonal help at the mall one November.) They want people to give answers showing that they will finish anything that they start, that they will not interfere with others' jobs, that they won't shoplift or cheat on their time card.

Oh, yeah, that much is obvious!

What I didn't know?

Agree and Disagree are always wrong answers. You have to strongly agree and disagree with EVERYTHING.

I still rage about it and wish I'd found out this stuff five years ago when I'd had job problems in Texas the FIRST time.
