For those that were concerned, we found my cat. Apparently she was smart enough to not go far enough away from the house; a neighbor found her hiding in her bushes.

She's back home, and as safe as we personally can provide.

EDIT: Now let's just hope she's not preggo.

She's doing just fine against the dog with the growling and the swiping and the claws and yeah.

And I'm trying to TEACH my daughter to not abuse kitty. :|
