Cutting it off here to regain my game

I am done. All that I would need is Mew and Celebi, and there is literally as close to 0% chance possible of getting one that isn't a) cloned or b) hacked. I have gotten as close to a 100% complete, 100% legit Pokédex as one can in the 4th gen, and instead of keeping one of my game carts frozen in time for posterity, I've decided to archive it here so that I can start a new game.

However, due to lack of proximity to Wi-Fi, my Legacy Pokémon, which is to say, my collection of pokes that have been with me through all my fourth-gen games, will also be released (or erased if you want to be harsher). As of such, they too will be archived for posterity in this post.

SO. Now for the meaty part of the post:
I am starting a new Soul Silver game. I want help from my fellow f-list pokefags for a team to use. Unlike my last, legit games, I am willing to cheat up any Pokemon I cannot catch in the wild and/or cannot catch pre-NatDex. I will catch Johto Pokemon where they are available, however. Please comment with Pokemon you would like me to use? Please refrain from choosing any of the 'mon I had used in previous games, ie the Legacy Pokemon.

Also, because of bottlemilk, I have to add this qualifier: Only one of each Pokemon type per team. I am NOT running an all-Lucario team. *armcross*
