Biggest problems there are: a) I'd need something running at least WinXP (Windows CE is an unsupported piece of crap - not even YouTube works on there any more) b) Anything that fills condition A and is in reliably working condition tends to run $100+. Plus shipping, which will be a bitch for much of anyone. :/
